I've been going to university in Aberystwyth for four years now and, despite the fact that I can't wait to go back home, it is a really nice place to live. It's a typical British seaside town, with average beaches, seagulls, and a big promenade.

Also, I finished my dissertation and handed it in. It was the sole reason for the lack of updates recently, and it was pretty difficult to get it in a state that I was happy with due to my short attention span, but I managed. 63 pages, 14,000 words.

Cloudy days sometimes make for real good photo shoots - less harsh shadows and easier highlights. I like the pictures!

Sometimes I think that bad weather makes for more expressive photos. Personally, I like nice moody shots in the rain.
But anyway, congratulations on finishing your dissertation. I always say that it was like closing the door behind a load of visitors after you'd been dropping hints for hours that you might quite like them to leave.
And once I'd sent it away for dissertation binding, that was it, I forced myself not to look at it any more. I knew that I'd want to change things and there just wasn't time.
